• Anyone can enter.
• No costume is no costume.
• Nothing above a PG-13 rating allowed (remember this is a Family Event with Children around).
• Bare minimum to a Bikini (some characters like Dead or Alive Xtreme have character in bikini’s which would be allowed for cosplay).
• No pasties or Body paint allowed, if cosplayer does not want to change they must have a jacket on at all times zipped.
• Weapons: no live steel, wood, or any material heavy enough to cause physical harm will be not be permitted.
• Weapons or props must be checked with Staff of Omnicon beforehand.
• No harassment of Cosplayers will be Tolerated.
• As a courtesy for Cosplayers, please ask permission before taking pictures.

Hallway Cosplay Rules:

• Sign-up
• Stay in line and wait till your called.
• Be ready to answer questions about your character.
• Wait to have picture taken.
• Be sure let us know if you are able to stay for the annoucement the winners for the day.

Cosplay Show Rules:

• Sign-up will be around the same time as Hallway Cosplay.
• You will be asked to have a picture taken.
• Be sure to fill out form. If there is no form turned in you will not participate in the show.
• Be 15 minutes early before Orientation/Walk Through for the Show.
• If you are not in attendence for Orientation your spot will be given to someone on the Wait List.
• Listen to all instructions during the Walk Through.
• When on stage you will only have :15 seconds to show your cosplay use the time wisely.
• If you are not finished by :15 seconds you will be escorted off stage.
