Thats right fiends your winter animes have ended and now your left with a large hole in your otherwise full agenda.  But fear not, for the mother land has new animes to consume your life once again, NOM NOM.   Its a bit early since the final list of animes aren’t let out till about a week before the first series airs, but some promo stuff  has already found its way out into the internets and now I will show you what I find to be the best from the rest.

Before viewing any video, please be sure that you are old enough to view material targeted to an older audience.  Parents make sure you know what your kids are watching!

Reaper’s Top Picks!

Ladies X Butlers

Let me first start off with an easy one.  Ladies x Butlers in 2010’s fan service anime, which equals an auto hit.  It dosnt matter in which box, bag, or bin I am served fan service I just cant get enough!  This little service anime is about….wait for it….beautiful school girls.  Now I know that makes up 99% of the anime world, but LXB’s twist is that is is a school to train servants.  So now we have Maids and school girls, but it gets better.  A kid gets enrolled into the school and now has to “Put up” with all the beauties that attend.  poor kid. :C

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu

Tired of school romance/comedies?  Well too bad.   Baka is about a school who separates its students into different classes depending on their test grades, *gasp*.  Although we all may think this is standard practice in Japan the school also distributes equipment and other learning necessities in the same manner.  Now that sounds a bit more like home.  The A class students have reclining chairs and all other luxury items, while the F students get crappy tables and matts to sit on.  So what is an F student to do?  Summon creatures and challenge the A class for their lazy boys of course.    Seriusly, they summon creatures, train them, and then use hyper bea…. I mean unique  techniques to win the A class’s perks.  Judge if you will, but this is another proven anime formula.

Omamori Himari

So a blood line of Demon charmers, or hunters or whatever is now embodied by an orphan boy with allergies.  He is all alone in the world, but dont worry because he has a magical charm which protects him form evil spirits.  Which just ran out of JuJu, sucks.  So now our helpless orphan is now subject to attacks by the demon race with only a hot samurai cat girl to protect him, Yay!, but remember he is allergic so he cant be near her, orz.  I have to say I’m somewhat morbidly interested to see what depths they go to to get them together.

Dance in the Vampire Bund

I dont know what a Bund is, but I think I can guess. O_O
This Vamp anime is a bit of a mystery to me.  I know the manga was considered epic by many, but I still cant get around all the Loli art work.  So hereis the story,  An ageless (12, at the oldest)  vampire queen bribes Japan into giving her a province for her vampire race.  She hopes to change the way of vampires for the constant existence that they have had.  This all seems very True Blood, till enemies come out of the woodwork to end her.  The art is nice and all the conflict promises some nice vamp fight scene but we will see if the politics dont get in the way of a good fight.

Seikon No Qwaser

Get your bibles ready and brush up on your Russian to fully wrap yourself around this anime.  Follow some school girsl, again, as they solve the mysteries of an orthodox school in Japan.  Relying heavily on the conflict between church and science, I hope  the story will not be so far fetched that all interest is lost.  Also when a  Scythe is added to an anime, is something of a personal sign of approval.

Well thats it kids, there are others, but I really dont think they are worth bringing up.  As the complete and final list emerges, expect more posts.
