A new anime based off of a Vocaloid character is due to premier in 2010, but after searching the web, mixed signals seem to be reposting everywhere.

Who would you choose?

Who would you choose?

As news spreads about the new animes that will arrive this coming year, the presences of a Vocaloid anime has caused a giant stir.   Hatsume Miku, who has spawned video games, a dance, and other merchandising franchises, has now been reported to star in the new anime.  These posts have been meet with some turbulence, since the anime is actually about Black Rock Shooter.  ”What’s the F-ing difference you say?”, allow me to explain.  Hatsume is the kind lovable icon of the Vocaloid company.  She sings, Dances, and on occasion spins a leak around.  BRS on the other hand is what Miku would be like if she got out of prison, in hell.   BSR carries a cannon, has scars, and has a glowing eye, huge difference.  Now here is where the confusion lies.  BSR is not a Vocaloid.   She was created by an artist who is a fan of Hatsune Miku.  Huke,  Drew BSR as an alter ego and his image grew into popularity. Now BSR has her own line of toys and will be the main star of the new anime.  Looking at the two its no wonder people have jumped to the wrong conclusion and knowing the difference, background, and history of the two, could only really be explained by someone with too much time on their hands…
